Carnegie Hall Tower, (AKA 152 West 57th Street) is a 60-story skyscraper located on 57th Street between Sixth & Seventh Avenues in New York City. Part of a cluster of four tall buildings (along with CitySpire Center, Metropolitan Tower, and One57), the tower was built in an architectural style in harmony with its western neighbor Carnegie Hall, a New York landmark.
The tower seems impossibly slim from the front (the main shaft is 50 feet (15 m) wide) however has wide sides facing its neighbors, the Russian Tea Room and Metropolitan Tower on the east and Carnegie Hall on the west. It was clad in brick and glazed brick of several colors, with precast concrete lintels above windows, and painted metal bands at intervals of six floors. The large cornice atop the shaft is an open trellis of wide-flange steel sections. The lobby and common rooms are covered in marble and granite with hardwood and brass accents.
There is a one-of-a-kind duplex opportunity totaling 19,282 rentable square feet (RSF) on the 42nd & 43rd floors. These floors must be leased together and feature a stunning 2,000 square foot private terrace that overlooks Central Park, NYC, and the Hudson River. There is potential for combination with two additional floors for a contiguous block of up to 36,214 RSF.
The building's elegantly constructed full floors offer four sides of windows and can be delivered built with the existing installation in place or with a full concession package for a long-term transaction.
The space is currently built (as per the floor plan above) with glass fronted offices & conference rooms throughout, large open plan/trading area, private gym complete with men’s and women’s locker rooms and dedicated reception with large conference facility. It is efficient, virtually column-free space. Please scroll down for additional pictures of the space and views.
